Nicole Guzzardi — affectionately known as “Tina Babe” — co-owns AG Construction with her fiancé, operating real estate developments across New Jersey and New York, now expanding to additional states.
A devoted mother of three and a grandmother, Nicole masterfully balances family and an impressive portfolio — always holding those she loves closest to her heart.
Driven by compassion and determination, she founded GNO (Girls Networking Organization) and re-established the SMART Foundation — inspiring hope and making a lasting impact on the lives of women and their communities.
